U12 Global July 20 - 24

Coaches, we are trying to figure out whether this event will "make".  To date only 1 team has paid.

We will make our decision later in the week, but as of now...we simply do not know.

Please call Perry Holloway (214.906.2566)  ASAP if you have any intentions of playing.

Congratulations on making this far - the 2011 USSSA World Series.

With everyone going 100 mph, I want to post several little reminders for everyone.  These documents have been emailed to all of the coaches, but you are more than welcome to download them yourself.

A couple of things NOT mentioned in the emails and reminders

1. Gate Pass:  Please do not wait until Tuesday's game day to purchase your Gate Pass.  The park's gate in NOT the place try to use a credit or debit card.  You will have several opportunities to buy your passes at Team Check-in and Opening Ceremonies.
2. NO COOERS OR OUTSIDE FOOD will be allowed in the park.  Each player may bring a SMALL SOFT SIDED (lunch box type) cooler for rags.  No personal size igloos or playmates will be allowed.
3. Desoto has a BURN BAN; therefore, NO COOKING IN THE PARKING LOTS. 
4. NO OVERNIGHT STAYS, in the parking lot.  You are more than welcome to bring you RV, but please use the back parking lot.
5. Please read and pay very close attention to the ejections policies.  I do not want to disqualify any team because an adult can not behave!
6. Anyone caught "sneaking" into the park will be immediately removed and will NOT BE ALLOWED to return.  In additions, your team may be disqualified.
7. Anyone watching a game, must be INSIDE the park. NO WATCHING THE GAMES FROM THE PARKING LOTS OR BEHIND THE OUTFIELD FENCES.

THE "BIG EVENT" IS COMING TO DESOTO / Dr. Pepper park!  2011 USSSA WORLD SERIES!

Texas Tournament Baseball and USSSA is happy to announce our 2011 World Series at Grimes Park,  Desoto, TX.  The 2011 event will be our 6th consecutive year to host the U6, U7, U8, and U9.  In addition to these age division, TTB will also host the U10 and U12 Global and U14 AAA 60/90!

Get in early and SAVE!

USSSA was the only "National / World Series" sanction body that saw an increase overall team registration.  USSSA event's saw an overall increase of 18% from 2009 - 2010 and more events, more divisions and more chances to play, USSSA event should be even larger in 2011.

It is very important when considering a National or World Series event to find out who is attending and if they do indeed have the teams that they advertise.  Last year many events advertised teams (INLCUDING MANY LOCAL DALLAS AREA EVENTS) that they simply did not have and in the end many teams found out too late to save their year end tournament. TTB will post current and correct information, good or bad, so you can make an informed and intelligent decision. 

CHECK - IN AT COWBOYS STADIUM

Texas Tournament Baseball and the Dallas Cowboys have teamed up for a spectacular check in event at the famous Dallas Cowboy Stadium. 

This event will give each coach, player and fan an opportunity go see parts of the stadium not everyone gets to see. 

As the events draws closer we will be offering special tour packages along with a team picture in the end zone!

Our  tour package will give each person access:

1. View the Dallas Cowboy's locker room
2. View the Cheerleader's locker room
3. Experience the post-game interview room. 
4. See the field level club the players enter through on game day
5. Field Access (play games, kick field goals, etc)
6. At the conclusion of the tour, a team picture will be taken in the end zone.

This is truly a remarkable event and a must do!
