The Schedule of Event has not been completely finalized.

The schedules listed below are
for the 2012 event and can be used for planning purposes.
Although the dates will changed, this should give you a pretty
good idea what to expect.

Please check to make sure you do not have any questions.
Things to remember:
We are currently finalizing many of the details within
each event. The schedules listed below are for general planning
purposes only and may change before June.

The time listed are START TIMES and because of
schedules, these time will be adhered to.

Team's with stadium tour will need to stay together
and meet at the designated place at the pre-determined time
-
All coach's meeting are MANDADORY and a roll check
will be made at each.

Although the Mom's meeting is not MANDATORY, it is
highly recommended
-
Opening Ceremonies are always very chaotic at best,
please have your team at their designated place 30 minutes before
the start time. Each team will be given a NUMBER that will
correspond with signage.
