With that said, we do have certain sponor hotel and strongly suggest you contacting them directly for rates and availablity.

Because Dallas is a big place, before you book a non-sponsor hotel, please contact us and let us make sure this is an appropreiate place to stay.  So many times, teams look at rate only and end up staying is a very substandard and often dangerous place.  Please contact us first.

Texas Tournament Baseball has negotiated special rates with many of the area's most affordable hotels - our sponsor hotels.  These hotels understand the enviorment we are working in and understand the unquie needs of a team playing in a World Series.

Here are some things to consider BEFORE booking your hotel!

• Double check date - month,date,year
• Ensure location is correct - city 
• Request non-smoking or smoking
• Request room type - king, queen, two beds
• Additional costs may apply for number of quests
• Check amenities - breakfast, pool, exercise room, etc.
• Verify cancellation requirements - cancel by 3 pm, 6pm, 24 hours prior, 3 days prior.. etc
• Be aware most Internet bookings are non refundable
• Make sure you understand cancellation penalties - usually is first night room and tax ( this may come to play due to weather )
• Contact hotel directly for rates and compare to Internet quotes - before booking

This could result in you loosing possible one or more nights cost in room and tax. ALWAYS be aware of your options to change, cancel, and re-schedue
